Welcome back! Let’s start with the events of Day 3 now:

Day 3, Saturday, was called Quali Saturday as there was the FIA F1 Qualifying Session from 5-6pm in the evening. I’ll be sharing photos of that, below in this post.

1. FIA F2 First Race- 23 laps or 45 minutes + 1 lap (12:20-13:10)

The FIA F2 Second and Third Races were held after the Qualifying Session on Saturday and on Sunday respectively.

India’s Jehan Daruvala won the FIA F2 First Race followed by Brazil’s Felipe Drugovich and Australia’s Oscar Piastri.

2. FIA F1 Third Practice Session (14:00-15:00)

3. FIA F1 Qualifying Session (17:00-18:00)

Red Bull’s Max Verstappen (33) won the Qualifying Session, followed by Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton (44) and McLaren’s Lando Norris (4).

I was already excited for the next day as it would be the first time for me watching a F1 Grand Prix, but with everyone making predictions on who would be the next World Champion, it made me even more curious!!!
