A bowl of Puttu with banana!

What snack would you eat right now?

Anytime, anyday, my answer would be Puttu, a cylindrical-shaped steamed dish often prepared with millet or rice flour in regions of South India and Sri Lanka. According to me, it is best relished with bananas, grated coconut and some sugar!! It’s a simple yet epic combo I’ve grown up eating and could have for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even as a snack.
