I would prefer to spend more time reading biographies and autobiographies instead of scrolling through the news often. Though I have (almost!) completely put an end to this old habit of mine I followed in junior grades, a brutally honest answer would be to stop studying in the last moment before exams and just revise topics prior to my exams. Exercising and shedding off some extra calories on a daily basis than just wishing to do so is also on the list of things I’d do differently!
