A good leader has to treat employees at all levels equally, be compassionate and believe in remaining calm and composed at all times. It is not necessary to implement the ideas of all the employees but lending them a ear makes a huge difference as it’d make them feel part of the project too. Also, there should be a level of trust on the employees from the leader’s side as it avoids the latter from micromanaging them.
